LegendsEnd Fulfillment & Donation Policy

1. Donations and Access

LegendsEnd operates as a gaming community, and all contributions made to the server are considered donations that help support server maintenance, development, and future improvements. By donating, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • LegendsEnd is not a business and does not sell physical or digital goods. All donations are contributions to support the community.

  • Any perks, rewards, or in-game benefits provided in return for a donation are virtual items and hold no real-world monetary value.

  • Donations do not grant exclusive access to gameplay-affecting items that are not available to all players.

2. Fulfillment of Perks & Rewards

While donations may include certain in-game perks, you agree that:

  • All donation perks are also obtainable through normal gameplay and are not exclusive to donors.

  • Perks are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed to remain available permanently.

  • If a perk is removed, modified, or lost due to in-game mechanics, technical issues, or rule violations, LegendsEnd is not obligated to replace or compensate for it.

  • Some perks may have expiration dates or usage limits, which will be communicated at the time of donation.

Gameplay-Affecting Items Policy

  • Any gameplay-affecting items offered through donations must also be available for all players through regular gameplay.

  • No pay-to-win mechanics: We do not sell items that give donors an unfair advantage over other players.

3. No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of donations and the digital perks provided, all donations made to LegendsEnd are non-refundable. This applies regardless of:

  • Changes to server policies, gameplay mechanics, or availability of perks.

  • Account suspensions, bans, or terminations due to rule violations.

  • Technical issues or downtime affecting the server.

If you experience any issues with a donation, please contact our support team via our official Discord server for assistance.

4. Chargeback & Fraud Prevention

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, the following actions may be taken:

  • Immediate revocation of all donation perks.

  • A permanent ban from LegendsEnd and its affiliated services.

  • Legal action if necessary, in cases of fraud.

By donating, you acknowledge that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used and that the transaction is authorized.

5. Compliance with Bohemia Interactive Monetization Rules.

  • All donor perks comply with the rule that monetized items cannot provide gameplay advantages unless they are equally available to non-donors.

  • We do not sell weapons, vehicles, or items that alter core gameplay balance.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Fulfillment & Donation Policy at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via our Discord server or website.
